Marcelina is absolutely crazy and horrified when she sees the photos and insists that they have to be burnt immediately but Doris tries to stop her saying that they belong to Max as he is the one who left the box there.
Camila is nervous as she hears that there is finally something of her mother’s that she can hold on to and immediately-with Max leading her-goes to his home.
Fausto questions Sister Isabel as to why he frightened Patricia in that manner but then the nun defends herself by saying that she only passed the message a was given to her and does not know what Rosa has planned up her sleeve. Fausto tells her that if she does not assure Patricia that she is not in any harm’s way, he will denounce her to the police but the nun is not scared by the threat and asks Fausto to leave.
Chila makes Javier and Roger leave before they can do anything stupid in her salon, but Rosario is left nervous because both men are looking for her at the same time.
Torrealaba continues to question Patricia about the fact that she and Maria Amelia were responsible for denouncing Rosa Blanco to the police but then Patricia strongly affirms that she has nothing to do with it and Maria Amelia was just traumatized and depressed. He leaves after she tells him that if they missed anything in the case, it is because they were incompetent.
Rosa Blanco calls Luciano’s residence and leaves a message for Luciano. He wants to meet up with him without Elda and wants to discuss something to do with Camila. A nervous Elda says she wants to go to Marcelina’s home but Luciano is totally against this because he knows she and Marcelina are not friends at all. He says they can solve whatever is coming their way but she still manages to subdue her husband and leaves for Marcelina’s home.
Camila and Max arrive at his home only to find the letters burned. Camila is enraged and tells Marcelina that she will have to tell her what she read in all the letters but then Marcelina is silent and Max asks Doris to take her to her bedroom. Camila blames Max because he should have brought to her in the first place and leaves in anger telling him she does not want to see him.

Sister Isabel tells Father Tiziano of Fausto’s visit and the threat he made. The priest suggests that she talk to Camila before any harm is done by Rosa’s return but the sister is adamant because she is trying to protect Camila.
Octavia has a chat with Ezequiel about his marrying Camila and what impact it would have because his children may like her but she is not sure what they would make of her as a step-mother.
Fernando visits Yeli and is comepletely ecstatic about the child and hugs and embraces Yeli but she notices how much he is all about the baby and does not even respond her to responses when she tells him she loves him at all.
Amelia tells Sebastian that she has read of a priest who abandoned priesthood but still continued to serve God and wants to show him all about it. She invites him over and he accepts her invitation.
Camila outrageously tells Father Tiziano and Sister Isabel about what Marcelina did and realizes that Max’s mother knows something. The nun tries to make her soften up to Max but then she says she will not see him because all this is his fault in the first place.
Elda arrives much to Marcelina’s shocks and begs to talk to her for a minute even if they are not friends as such.
Sebastian arrives at Amelia’s and she asks to see his wounds. He removes his shirt and she applies some cream on him but they get so tempted. She begs him to make love to her and he seems way too subdued but she insists that she feels too much for him and he is slowly falling into her seduction despite his conflicting situation with his priesthood. They kiss slowly and passionately on and off.
Elda tells Marcelina of Sister Isabel’s visit to Patricia and then tells Elda of the letters by Rosa to Esperanza. Elda is shocked but then Marcelina assures her that Camila did not see the letters.
Gregory and Julia arrive at Chila’s salon and they use the opportunity to talk about them. He asks her to marry him but Julia realizes that it is not that easy and rejects his offer because they have a lot against their relationship and have not even thought of the repercussions of such a rash decision.
Ezequiel sees Leandro leaving the house and decides to talk to him. He wants to know if he has been taking his medication well but then Leandro replies that the meds make him worse and when Ezequiel almost tells him that he could suggest relieving him off his position at Mascarada, Leandro begs that he loves his design job. Then Ezequiel tells him to find himself a girlfriend. He clearly needs a woman’s touch in his life.
Max finds Elda at his home and wonders what she is doing there as he did not think that she and Marcelina were friends but Elda says that she came to offer apologies on behalf of Astrid but there is no bad blood. She leaves and Marcelina later insists that Astrid was better for him as compared to Camila.
Julia goes home and when he asks her how her day was and about Celso, Julia decides to be honest and finally tells her father that Celso mistreats her and Ezequiel is immediately astounded by this.
Javier arrives to pick up Rosario and suddenly Roger calls her on the cell phone and she is nervous and unable to pick up.
Max tries to call Camila who picks up and quickly picks up and says that she does not want to see him or talk to him and will act as if he does not exist. She hangs up and Max is surprised. The doorbell rings and he opens up to see Astrid. He invites her in and as she goes to sit down, she sees a bag and upon putting her hand in it, unearths a bunch of letters asking Max what they are.
Marcelina visits Patricia who is not at all happy to see her but the former tells her that they need to have a very serious talk.
