Pablo threatens Manuel to dare to kill him. the priest shows up in time to prevent another disaster. the priest advise Pablo not to get into trouble while trying to solve his problem and convinces him to leave. Daniel knocks at Virginia door but she doesn’t answer. he sees her passing and follows her. Virginia sees Claudia in the hallway and approaches her. Daniel hides and eavesdrops on their conversation. Virginia tells Claudia that sleeping with Emiliano was her dream come true. she asks Claudia if she is not happy for her. Claudia believes it happened so fast and want to know if they are dating. Martin and his wife suggest Magdalena sleeps over but she refuses and leave. Martin suggests they spend a romantic night. he puts the light off and light the candle. Claudia reminds Virginia that Emiliano is still in love with Veronica. if he slept with her could do it with anyone. Virginia agrees with her but she is glad he did it with her. Daniel is about to go crazy. Virginia tells her, this is first steps for Emiliano to forget about Veronica.he will soon realized he should be with a woman like her. Claudia scolds herself for wasting all her time on Martin when she could have had Emiliano. she could have been the one to sleep with Emiliano last night. the priest try to advise Manuel to change his way. Manuel is rude to him and warn him to stop interfering in his life. Julio finally confesses his love to Ana Perla but unfortunately for him. she misinterprets his words and tells him she also love him like a brother. Virginia asks Claudia if she really entered the wrong room.
she said yes she was looking was Daniel. Virginia then tries to convince her get closer to him. she begs Claudia to keep what she saw as a secret. Daniel finally approaches them and advises Virginia to go and rest. Virginia informs him that Claudia has a surprise for him. Martin tells his wife he doesn’t want to fight anymore. he just want her, and tells her he loves her. she tells him to always trust him, they kiss and back to making more babies. Claudia gives a bottle of champagne to Daniel to compensate him. he suggests they open it in his room. she refuses and informs him she has to go and sing, and leave. Daniel shows up in Virginia’s room furious and confronts her about sleeping with Emiliano. she tells him she did what she was supposed to do. she reminds him he is also doing the same thing with him Claudia. Manuel gives a gold ring to Claudia after her performance. Claudia accepts him and it encourages Manuel to do a little flirting with her. Pierre sees them and asks him to stop disturbing her. Manuel get cocky, Claudia intervenes and asks Pierre to allow him. Virginia lies in her bed and recalls Emiliano’s skill in bed but Demetrio was better. she thinks about an intimate moment with Demetrio. she remembers telling him she will only be with him after he become rich. then she remembers her encounter with Nancyiaga. she decides to confronts her.
Nancyiaga tells her because her color is like the sun she thinks she is better than her. Virginia agrees with her and asks her why she called her “the bad woman of the other patron”. Nancyiaga tells her she is no too sure, but she can feels she was the woman her boss was in love with. it is because of her, Virginia interrupts her and warns her not to accuse her if she doesn’t have anything to prove. that she (Virginia) was the woman her boss was in with him. Nancyiaga insist she is the one. Virginia calls her liar and thinks Veronica asks her to say bad things about her (Virginia). Virginia goes to Veronica’s house and attacks her. she accuses Veronica of using Nancyiaga to come between her (Virginia) and Emiliano. Veronica tells her she didn’t, Virginia grabs her hands brutally. Veronica dodges her and warns her not to touch her again. she makes it clear to Virginia that Emiliano will never be interested in her (Virginia). she is not the right woman for him, she is an hypocrite. she grabs her and tries to throw her out of her house. Veronica tells her despite all the conspiracy, she can’t get a man to love her. Virginia gets angry and slaps her. Veronica slaps her back and they start fighting. Veronica throws her in the chair and beats her up until Martin shows up and remove her. Virginia once again plays the victim in front of Martin. she tells him she only came to check up on Veronica. Veronica is furious and asks Martin to let go of her.
he refuses and asks her to calm down. Virginia apologizes to Martin and leave. Martin asks Veronica to calm down and explain to him what really happen. Veronica tells him she is fed up with Virginia always lying about her. Martin reminds her that Virginia only came to check on her. Veronica tries to explain further but from the look on Martin’s face. she realized he doesn’t believe her. she tells him his doubt will always separate them. she is tired of fighting for their marriage and runs out of the house. Martin follows her, he tries to stop but she refuses until they fall on the ground. Martin is on top of her, he holds her two arms apart and refuse to let her go. she is mad because he doesn’t trust but Martin tells her he loves her. he tries to hug her but she asks him to let her go. she tells him he doesn’t know how to love. he finally free her, she turns her back on him. Martin tells her he loves her and once again asks for another chance. he hugs her from behind, and start cuddling. she gives in and start kissing him. next they are both in the chair in baby making mood, but all of a sudden Martin stops. Veronica asks him what the problem is. he says he is only tired and want to go to bed. he leaves her in the chair, Veronica whispers why Martin, why Martin. Martin on the other hand is in the room. he recalls his babies making moment with his wife and then bubble about his revenge. Claudia has no shame, from Martin to Emiliano, now Manuel is her next target.
Pierre approaches them and reminds her of her next performance. he asks her if she is interested in Manuel. she tells him she is only nice to him because he can defend her in front of his grandfather. Martin and his wife sleeps on the same bed but back to back. Veronica weeps and turns to touch him but she doesn’t have the courage. she turns back to sleep and Martin also does same. Manuel scares his sister, he shows her an envelope and informs her it is from Cresencio’s friend. it is the response to her marriage proposal. Emiliano informs Virginia he intends to stay a bit longer to learn about Nancyiaga tribe. she doesn’t believe him and thinks it is only an excuse to stay closer with Veronica. he makes it clear to her that what happen last night hasn’t change anything between them, and asks her to return to the city. Veronica steps out to get something. Martin tries to follow but he restraints himself. the priest shows up to check on them. Martin tells him he could not sleep last night. he was thinking about his situation with Veronica. he can’t live without her but he has so many doubt. especially after the incident with Emiliano. Veronica slowly enters the house and overhears him. the priest tries to alert Martin but to no avail. Veronica quietly listen to him without saying a word. but when Martin says he feels like a scorpion is eating him from inside. she loses it and drops the pot she was holding. he turns and realizes she overheard everything. she asks him if everything he has been telling her is a lie.
