Martin promises Virginia not to tell anyone about her relationship with Dr. Fernandez. Veronica calls him and she decides to leave. Veronica tells Martin she loves the flowers and thanked him. she tells him she loves him but he doesn’t reply again. Magdalena thanked Father Juan for listening to her story and encouraging her. Claudia manages to get home. She receives a message about tomorrow meeting at work. Virginia calls Claudio to invite her to the engagement party. she tells Claudio not let anyone knows they know each other at the party. Father Juan runs into Nanciyaga. he reproaches her for her dress. she tells him Martin asks her to live in Demetrio’s house. but she is not to clean the place. Father Juan tells her he will speak to Martin about cleaning the house. he asks her to dress properly and come with him to the church. Mariana and Pablo returns home. she tells her she didn’t like the place so they had to return. Crescencio asks Polo how he got the wound. he looks at Manuel and lie to his grandfather.
Pierre instructs a Teo to make sure there is enough food in the pantry. the young man discloses to him he has a crush on Blanquita . but doesn’t want Pierre to tell anyone. Virginia sees Alfredo and Claudia at the engagement party and by pass them. Alfredo introduces Claudio to Virginia. Martin gives a rose to Veronica. Mariana and Pablo discuss about his return to Mina Escondida. Martin asks for everyone attention and calls Veronica by his side. live band at the party everybody smiles. Martin recalls all his moment with Veronica. Virginia surely isn’t smiling. after the performance Martin officially proposes with a ring. Jorge interrupts their kiss to congratulate them. Salma and Virginia gossip about Veronica’s expensive ring. Virginia once again thinks she should have been wearing this ring. Ana Perla laments to Blanquita that Pablo isn’t back yet. Polo tells them him and Pablo are good friends. Montserat asks Pablo about Ana Perla’s sketches in his Pablo’s book.
Martin and Veronica cuddle. Jorge, Virginia and Salma shows up to take a picture. Salma asks Veronica about her pendant. Meanwhile Virginia is wearing the V pendant necklace. Veronica tells them she could not find hers this morning. she promise to look for it after the party. Martin goes to Alfredo and lament about Veronica. Claudia shows up and tries to flirt with him. Veronica shows up and asks for an explanation. Claudio watches Veronica and Martin kiss with resentment. Virginia get mad at Mariana for defending Veronica. Martin thanks everyone for coming to their engagement party. He calls Veronica to his side. he shows her the horse he bought for her. Virginia again complains about the gift to Mariana. Mariana on the other hand thinks it is very romantic. Claudia tells Alfredo she want to leave the party. he reminds that he has already warns her to forget Martin if not she will get hurt. Veronica thanks Martin and tells him she doesn’t need all these. Drunk Emiliano interrupts the party. Salma asks him to not disgrace them in front of all these guess. but he is too drunk to listen. he tries to disgrace Veronica but Martin stands up to defend his fiancé.
