Hernan gives him his seat, he asks for all the details of what he missed, Esthercita shows the pictures to Marina but Damian denies it, he tries to explains to her what happen but Esthercita won’t allow him they get into an argument and Marina asks them to leave her house, Damian confronts Esthercita about what she did and assures her that with the drug overdose he has enough evidence to fight for full custody of their child, Marina tells Magdalena that Esthercita showed her naked pictures of Damian and her making love but Damian denies, Magdalena tells her not to believe Esthercita because Damian really loves her moreover (she Marina) knows what Esthercita is capable of, Esthercita rushes home and grabs Consuelo by hair and asks her why she betrays her and throws her out of her house.
Magdalena shows Marina how Esthercita could have taken those pictures and asks her not believe Esthercita. Damian tells Esthercita the child won’t be staying with her while he fight for custody, she can visit him at Delfina’s place if she wishes, Ernesto informs them not to tell people he is still alive, Damian informs Delfina about the drugs issues, Damian tells Delfina that Marina twin sister Magdalena will sometime help her in taking care of Michel but she should not tell Esthercita, Fulgencio tells Ernesto to count on him for anything, Ernesto tells him he is aware that Fulgencio is the father of his wife, Ernesto asks Hernan to prove his loyalty to him by kidnapping his son, Marina and Damian reconciles he tells her he now has enough evidences to fight for the custody of Michel.
