Beatriz tells marina that she is worried that all the people may talk about her, but marina tells her that if this is what she has to bear, she Accepts it hoping that damian will be set free. Eusebia tells marina that she is strong and that she is grateful to her for that because she is sure that they will set damian free because he is innocent. Hernan hypocrite tells that everybody expect him to be released but that it is very difficult because there are more evidences against him, rebeca tells him that these are false evidences because fulgencio is in charge to mislead the evidences to make appear damian as guilty. Jose tells marina that mercedes has the proofs of damian’s innocence and that she is on her way to give them to him, he asks someone to pick her up.
Oso offers himself to go and hernan listens and orders medina to do whatever it takes to stop mercedes to arrive to the court with the evidences. Oso arrives to pick up mercedes but alicia let the papers fall down and they try to gather them but with the air of the helicopter, some of them flew away. Jose calls marina to declare and she says that damian fabre is always against the rules and difficult to control but that does not make him a murderer, she says that even though he broke her heart damian is loyal, honest and kind with the people who in need and being such a good man he would not be capable to murder anyone, she makes clear that she does not have any relation with him and no one is forcing her to declare, she just do it to make justice to him.
Oso is driving to the town to arrive to the damian’s trial, but suddenly they realize that a van is following them and try to take them out of the way, oso tells mercedes that he will try to loose him. Magdalena wakes up desperately by the lack of alcohol, the nurse comes in and magdalena hits her in the head, when she faints she takes her clothes of her and ties her, magdalena wears the clothes and runs away from the hospital. Marina tells damian that she has not been able to communicate with mercedes to know why she has not arrived with the papers and she also wants him to know that he accomplished what he wanted, to stay away from her, but that she will take him out of her life and of her heart and from now on, she will only talk to him to give him orders.
Lazaro tells commander robles that he is glad that he is all right, he responds that he will leave town for some time so he asks him to take care of jazmin, lazaro tells him that he does not need to ask because that was the reason he decided to get into the organization, that he loves jazmin so much, that he will take of her even his life is in danger. Hernan sarcastically tells damian that without him, marina will be his, damian tells him that if marina and he (damian) are not together is because he decided to be like this but he (hernan) will never take his place in marina’s heart, whatever he does, even she looks at his eyes she will be thinking of him (damian) hernan furious, insults him.
Mercedes arrives with the evidence and gives the papers to the judge, but he furious says that theses are not valid proofs because some sheets are missing. Ernesto is happy to know that hada (esthercita) is going to have a baby. Damian is declared guilty for esthercita’s death.
