Mercedes tells Doctor Gonzalez that she has a pendant matter out of town but she is worried to leave Magdalena alone, he responds that she may go without worry because with the sedative they applied to her, she will sleep for many hours and he is sure that when she comes back, she will keep on sleeping. Fulgencio accuses Damian in front of the judge of killing his daughter Esthercita with his accomplice, marina. When fulgencio interrogates Damian, he makes him lose his patience, because in several occasions when he addresses marina he insults her and Damian is about to hit him but the policemen stop him from doing it.
Ursula provocative introduces herself with Hernan and tells him that she noticed he has a relationship with Marina Reverte and that makes them enemies, but Hernan responds that he thinks that on the contrary they will have a very intense relationship. Officer Guerrero tells commander robles that it is very risky that he goes to his appointment with Lazaro, he responds that he will put his life in Lazaro’s hands so Hernan and fulgencio will calm down, officer Guerrero tells him that they can proceed with the evidences they have but commander robles tells him that they are not enough and what he wants is to get to the leader of the dealers.
Marina tearful tells Damian that she should hate him but in spite of everything, she can’t, that she wants to listen from his mouth and looking her at the eyes and she will believe him. Damian tells her that she does not love her, that for him it was a challenge to make her fall in love with him and when he got that, he lost the interest in her. Mercedes tells Jose that she has the evidences to free Damian but the helicopter is not ready yet, that he has to do something to make the trial last longer. When the people see marina, they try to attack her but Hernan warns them not to touch her or they will regret it.
Commander robles arrives to the appointment with Lazaro who shoots him because Nereo is watching him. Fulgencio calls Mayuya as a witness telling her what she should declare, marina out of control argues that Damian was honest with Esthercita asking her the divorce but she refused and insisted on that trip with the intention of arranging things with Damian, the judge orders her to be quiet or he will arrest her. Hernan tells the judge that he understands that marina’s reaction is out of place but he begs him not to arrest her, that he will take care of her. Nereo mocking tells Lazaro that he thought that he would not be brave enough to achieve the task, but he is surprised and welcomes him to the big leagues.
Officer Guerrero finds commander robles and he tells him that he did not tell them the truth so everything would be fine and now the most important thing is that fulgencio and Hernan think that he is dead, so he will leave town for a while. The officer at the port declares that he listened Damian telling marina that when he got back, nothing will put them apart.
