Shadows Of The Past Episode 112
Renato joins Severiano and Candela at their table and Severiano tells him if he here again to accuse him. Renato tells him no, he only came because Christobal kidnap Aldonza. He wants to know why they have not started searching for them. Severiano asks him what he has done to search for them. Renato informs them he has already informed the police. Severiano tells him if he thinks he is so easy to find them, why it doesn’t go look for them. Aldonza stops kissing Christobal and walks away, Christobal asks her to accept that they can be very happy if the go away. She tells no and reminds him that they can’t run away forever. He asks her if it is about his child with Valeria, and asks her if she will ever forgive him. She says it is not about the child but the fact that she won’t be able give him a child. Christobal asks her if the one who raped her is still harassing her and demands she tells him his name. She asks him to stop insisting, and accept that they can’t be together; moreover she is engaged to Renato. Renato drinks his sorrows away; he tries to call Aldonza but gets her voice mail. He gets furious and throws everything on his desk on the floor and takes one more sip. Silvia comes running and tries to calm his down, they end up arguing so she decides to leave. Christobal decides to sit outside in the cold; Aldonza comes out and teases him.
She joins him in the chair and tries to convince him to go inside. She manages to convince him and they both go inside. The next morning she wakes up into Christobal’s arms, thinking that he is still asleep. She calls him name slowly and tells him never to let her go. He raises his head and asks her what does she means; she quickly closes her eyes and pretends to be asleep. Father calls the bishop to beg him to extend his stay in Santa Lucia; he can’t leave at this moment. He has to protect his family; the bishop agrees to give him two more weeks. Candela hides and listen to his conversation with the bishop, she begs him not to leave her. She quickly runs into arms then kisses him, just at that moment Severiano enters the office and sees them. Severiano gets angry and punches the priest, he tries to punch the second time but the priest stops him and punches him too. Candela screams at them to stop and comes between them. She assures Severiano the priest didn’t do anything, she threw herself on him. Severiano tells him he doesn’t care, the priest gets angry and yells at them to get out of his office. He reminds them that it is the house of God and demands they respect it. Severiano holds Candela’s hand and drags her out of the church. Once outside he reproaches her for having an affair with the priest. She tries to explain things to him but he refuses to believe her.

Severiano threatens to let Christobal know that type of woman his mother is. She dares him to do and declares war between them. Humberto advises Valeria to follow the gynecologist instruction very well. She asks him not to worry, after what happen, she realized how important her child is. Prudencia calls Mari and asks her to visits Valeria at Las Animas, Severiano comes home and put his anger on his workers. Candela cries to Dominga that Father Jeronimo is leaving Santa Lucia. The old woman wonders if that is why she is crying this way and reminds her as a priest he doesn’t have a permanent location. Candela cries and promises Dominga she won’t let him go. Silvia introduces Veronica to Lola, just at that moment Mari also walks in the shop. They all leave so Lola and Veronica can talk privately; Veronica suggests they become friend since she is new in town.
Candela goes to the church to apologies to the priest and tries to convince him not to leave. Christobal walks in the wood shouting Aldonza’s name. Severiano goes inside Valeria’s room; Dominga walks in and sees him caressing her stomach.
Christobal returns and notices that Aldonza is burning of fever; he slowly helps her to go outside. Veronica leaves the shop and Mari shows up in front of her and tries to make Lola looks bad. Veronica doesn’t pay attention her and puts her at her place. Aldonza begs Christobal to take her to her mother. Pato brings flowers and balloons to apologies to Lola. Don Camilo decides to rest for the night and continue with his search the following day. The men who attack Christobal approach him and tell him they want to buy his horse. He quickly removes his gun and points it at them and orders them to put down their gun. He recognizes Christobal’s house and scares them away, Christobal soon joins him with Aldonza in his arms. They quickly rush her to the hospital, Prudencia shows up at Tomas’s workshop and tries to seduce him but he turns her down. Humberto receives a phone call concerning Aldonza’s situation. Prudencia and Valeria try to find out about his call but he says nothing and leaves. Mari visits Valeria, Mari asks her about her relationship with Christobal. She tells her he is only interested in his child. Mari tells her she is aware of her relationship with her Abelardo. Severiano stands at the door and listens to their conversation. Mari tells her it is a bit strange that she only return to christobal after her brother died. She demands that Valeria tells her the truth about the father of her child. She wants to know if it is for her brother or Christobal.
