Tomas and Silvia chat in town, Tomas flirt and try to kiss him but she refuses. Prudencia hides and watch them; she later joins them and creates a scene. She asks Silvia to say away from Tomas because he is her Ex-boyfriend. Tomas stands on the bench and shout to everyone passing by that Prudencia was his lover. Even though she was married, he reminds her of the scene she created at Aldonza’s place. He starts shouting again that she is a hypocrite, Prudencia tries to stop him but he kept shouting until she leaves. Lola calls Pato and asks him why he told Mari she swallowed the ring. When they agreed they will keep it a secret. She wants know why of all the people in town, it is Mari decided to tell. Pato assures her he didn’t tell anything to Mari. She gets angry and hangs up on him. Silvia comes to the office when Renato and Aldonza are heading out. Renato asks her where she is coming from; she tells him she went to have coffee with a friend. Renato asks her if he knows him, she says yes, Tomas, both Renato and Aldonza look at her.
She feels it and asks them if there is any problem, Aldonza asks her Tomas? Is Tomas her friend? She says yes, they are good friend. Even Mari is surprised that she is and Tomas are good friend. Prudencia tells Valeria she can’t believe Severiano and Candela have not called her to congratulate her on what she did to Aldonza. Humberto barges in and shakes her and throws on in the chair. Valeria intervenes to know what happen, he tells her he can’t believe how stupid she is. What was she is thinking when she went to attack Aldonza and almost set the whole place on fire. He wished he can lock her up in a psychiatric hospital. She tells him she doesn’t regret what she did; she wished Aldonza had even died. Humberto gets angry and try to beat her up but Valeria stop him. He tells her she is going mad. Humberto asks Valeria how come she didn’t stop her mother. Valeria tells him because she didn’t know about it but she is very happy she did.
Valeria leaves and Prudencia starts laughing, Humberto asks him what Aldonza did to her. She tells him she is responsible for their separation, and she is the reason why her daughter is unhappy. He tells her he decided to divorce her because he can’t stand her anymore. The biggest mistake he made in his life was to marry her; she gets angry and starts hitting him. They struggle until the phone rings, she picks it but he quickly takes it from her. Valeria also picked the call from her room, Humberto listen to her conversation with Severiano. Severiano tells Valeria they need to meet, Humberto answer and asks what he needs to meet with daughter about. The inspector informs Aldonza that Severiano is not the one who shot her. The inspector informs Aldonza they have to drop her case for lack of evidence. She gets angry and stars yelling at him that never find any evidence against Severiano. He hurts people and walks freely just because they refuse to do their job. The man asks her to show some respect. She also tells him to do his job because no one respects her and her family. She tells Silvia and Renato there is no need to tell the police what happen last night. The inspector asks her what happen; Renato and Silvia convince her and press charges against Prudencia. Emmanuel is brought to the police station and meets with Aldonza there. Pato asks Mari how she got to know about his proposal to Lola. She tells him she overheard him talking to Silvia, she left her door open. Aldonza tries to talk to Emmanuel but the officer refuses and tries to drag him away. Renato tells him he is a lawyer, and demands to know what are the charges against him.
The officer tells him Severiano Mendoza press charges against him for stealing his horse. Aldonza and Don Antonio have a chit chat she tells him about Renato and the charges he handling against Severiano, and her divorce. Renato and Silvia join them and they inform her she can now see Emmanuel. Veronica also joins them and Don Antonio introduces her as Emmanuel’s girlfriend. Silvia calls Pato to inform him about Emmanuel and suggest he tells Lola. Severiano comes to Simoneta’s house and recalls her death. He instantly fells pain in his hand; he walks towards the mall and leans against it until Valeria shows up. The police show up at Prudencia’s house to arrest her. She tells them they can’t arrest her for defending all the women in town. She asks the maid to inform Valeria before they take her away. Valeria and Severiano moment, I leave it for you to see. I only hope they don’t end up making love. Christobal joins the others at the police station concerning Emmanuel case. Don Antonio doesn’t seem pleased to see Severiano’s son.
Renato tells him his presence doesn’t do anyone good here, Christobal tries to challenge him but Aldonza stop him. Christobal tells them Emmanuel is like a brother to him and he has no intention of sending him to jail. The horse in question belongs to him and if he doesn’t press charges, no crime. Pato tells Lola Emmanuel is back, but he is in jail for stealing Severiano’s horse. Aldonza informs Emmanuel about what Christobal told them and assures him Severiano can’t do anything to him. She also tells him Pato already propose to Lola. Christobal asks the inspector to release Emmanuel, Nava shows up and tells him it won’t be possible. He hands over the forge document to the inspector. The inspector gives it to Christobal to also have a look. Silvia asks Christobal if his father is capable of forging his signature, Don Antonio tells her he is capable of even more. Candela visits the gynecologist and gets to know Valeria has been there since her first appointment. Christobal sees Severiano and Valeria coming out of Simoneta’s house.
He asks his father what he is doing here with Valeria; Severiano asks him what he thinks. He says nothing, but it is a bit strange he saw them coming out from a place he brings his lovers. Severiano tells him they were not doing anything, since Valeria is expecting his grandchild. He thought of offering her this house, Valeria tries to argue with him but she brushes her off. He confronts his father for forging his signature in order to have ownership of Solitario. The inspector tries to get Prudencia statement but she creates a scene and still insists she was defending all the women in town. She even tells him they were all present that night so if he should also arrest them. Valeria calls her father to send his lawyer to the police station because her mother was arrested. He refuses and tells her she has to pay for what she did and hope she learnt something. Valeria reminds him that she is still is wife and he is obliged to help her. He tells her he is not a lawyer or a psychiatrist, that they are the only people who can help her mother. Severiano caresses her face and asks her to calm down
