Julia’s calls prevent Arturo from catching his son and his lover red handed. Arturo also wants to talk to her but he doesn’t want to have any problem with her husband. He tells her about his conversation with David. Julia doesn’t know when she will be discharged. He also informs him he is out of town but he will find a way to see her when he returns. He suggests she uses Gaby but she refuses, she doesn’t want Gaby to get involved. Arturo offers to returns to Mexico right away if what she has to tell him is very important. She refuses but asks him look after David if anything happen to her. She begs him not to let David all by himself. she wants to look after him like his own son. Back in the office, Montferrat tries to undress herself but Erick refuses. He fears his dad will walk on them and suggest they meet in her room later. Arturo promise to take care of David just like she asked. Arturo wants to know if what happens to her was her accident, she tells him yes it was. Arturo tells her he hopes she is aware he will do anything for her. She tells him yes, she felt it after they kiss. She tells him he is married and she also can’t divorce Eladio. Arturo wants to know if she loves him, but she refuses to answer. She hears Eladio’s voice and quickly hangs up. The nurse threatens to call the security if he doesn’t get out of Julia’s room. Arturo enters the office and sees his son shirtless picking some papers on the floor. Eladio protest, no one can prevent him from seeing his wife. David arrives and convinces him to come with him to see the doctor. Julia begs the nurse not to leave her alone with Eladio in the room. Arturo wonders what wrong with his son; he scolds him for not looking presentable. Erick tells him he took his shirt off because he was hot. Meanwhile Monserrat hides under the office desk, Erick mislead him in leaving the office. They go to the next office to talk; Erick tells him Eladio is behind the strike.
He just saw Franco and the president of the Union. David tries to convince his dad not to enter his mother’s room. Arturo is on phone with Santiago who is pissed off. Santiago threatens to help Eladio with his construction. Arturo asks Erick to meet with the union and let them understands they will negotiate. Arturo skype with Augustin he tells him Regina already got the workers they needed. Regina is with Augustin and gives the detail to her father and leaves. David enters his mother’s room. she tries to talk about his conversation with Eladio. David refuses to talk about it. he tells her the most important thing is her health. Gaby joins them and David decides to leave to check on her text result. Julia wants Gaby to tell her truth, she wants to know if she really fine. Gaby assures her she is, Julia tells her she is scared something will happen to her. She wants to make sure David knows the truth before anything happen to her. Arturo informs Augustin that Eladio is behind the strike. At the moment he is worried about Julia’s health. Augustin once again remind him that Julia will put him in a lot of trouble. Arturo doesn’t care; he tells Augustin she told him she loves him. Nina enters his office and asks him who loves him. Arturo surely didn’t expect to see his wife. Julia tells Gaby the accident made her realized how fragile we are and we can die at any moment. She feels it is time she talks to David about his father. She wants David to know why Eladio treats him badly, Gaby disagrees. Julia tells her things will be worse because she told Eladio she wants nothing to do with him. She swears to Gaby this time she really meant it. Nina closes the door and insists Arturo tells her who love him. Arturo tells her he was talking about Regina. He quickly changes the subject and asks her she wants here. Nina came because she missed him, Arturo doesn’t believe her. He feels she came because she is jealous and doesn’t trust him.
Nina tells him she does trust him. she admits she over reacted about the news with Julia. She did because she loves him. She understands that Julia is his past. Moreover she is the wife of his worst enemy. She gets closer and starts kissing him. Eladio doesn’t care if Erick saw Franco with the union president. Franco informs him Francisco and Gisela know each other. Arturo breaks from the kiss, Nina wonders why. Arturo tells her she can’t use sex to solve their problems. They start arguing, Nina doesn’t want to argue. She tells him she will be leaving the following day but want them to go out in the evening. She wants to know what she has to do to solve their marital problem. Clara continue to give cold attitude to Francisco, he notices and asks her again. This time she tells him she notices his interest in Consuelo. Francisco doesn’t understand why she should be mad if they are only friend. Franco interrupts their conversation. Monserrat asks Erick to speak to his father about Consuelo. Erick doesn’t think it is the right time. Someone knocks on his door; he tells her it is room service and goes to open it. He opens the door and voila mummy dear is standing at the door. She barges in and wants to know what the hell Monserrat is doing in his room. Monserrat looks like she is about to jump through the window but she is naked and can’t. Eladio wants to know where Francisco knows Gisela. He tells her she lives with a friend. Eladio wants to know what she told him about her monthly payment. He tells him her husband pension and wonders if there is any problem. He tells him no, it is just curiosity. He scolds Francisco for not coming to work. Eladio talks on phone with someone about David’s gift and leaves for the hospital. Nina calls Monserrat a gold digger and assures her she will never be a Montenegro. Monserrat tries to speak but she shut her up and tells her Erick will soon have enough of her just like he is now with Consuelo.

He can’t risk everything if he wants to give her the life she deserved. Monserrat is pissed off because he can’t confront his parent. She asks him not to look for her and leaves. Nina comes in and applauds her son for taking her advice. Eladio enters Julia’s room with a bouquet of flowers. Julia doesn’t want his flowers and or anything from him. Eladio doesn’t care; he will try until she forgives him. David joins them and Eladio gives him a file. He congratulate him and inform him he now owe 20% share in the company. Davis is grateful but he can’t accept it because he knows Eladio can change his mind at any time. Julia begs her son to accept it. Erick doesn’t like his mother attitude towards Monserrat. He doesn’t care about his father or Consuelo, he loves Monserrat. Nina slaps him, she tells him Miguel may end up with everything if he continues this way. She knows he is intelligent not to lose the Montenegro fortune over a whore. She tells him he can’t marry Monserrat. She reminds him she was right to oppose Consuelo too. Erick tells her it is his life, and it is up to him to make his decision. Nina tells him what he needs now to make Arturo trust him. Erick suggests she helps him because Regina managed to do what he could not do. David reject the share despite Julia plea, the doctor interrupts them. Eladio leaves with is file, David asks his mother not to worry about them. Nina informs her son that Arturo and Julia had a relationship. The doctor warns Eladio not to enter Julia’s room again. Erick reminds his mother she is Mrs. Montenegro. Julia is also married with Eladio so she has nothing to worry about. Nina doubt, she knows when something is wrong. She is determined to know the whole story even if she has to speak with Eladio.
Erick makes her understand that it is not an option. She wants Erick to help her, he promises to do what he can. Erick tries to leave to meet with daddy. Nina asks him to make sure they finish early; she came here to solve her marital problem. Erick wonders how, she tells him she came to have a second honeymoon. Franco wants to know if Francisco knows where Gisela lives. He tells him yes and wonders why, Franco tells him nothing. He changes the subject to Clara and wants to know if they are dating. Francisco asks him to mind his business. If he wants information about Gisela he should ask his godfather. Gisela visits Caridad in jail, Caridad is very excited because she will soon be out of jail. Gisela tries to discourage her once again. Caridad gives her another letter for her son. As soon as Caridad returns to her cell, Gisela dump the letter in the bin. The reporters ask Eladio if what happens to his wife was an accident. Eladio get offended, the security leads the reporters out of the hospital. Eladio tells David it is Arturo’s work, David doesn’t thinks so. Eladio doesn’t know how they go to know about Julia condition. He agrees with him, Arturo doesn’t know what happen. Aldo calls Monserrat to inform her about Consuelo’s pregnancy. Erick meets up with her in the lobby. She scolds for telling her Consuelo was pregnant. She yells and creates a scene in front of everyone. Clara tells Francisco she thought something could happen between them. She is not surprise because people always prefer Consuelo. She tries to leave but he stops her. He tells her he had no idea she had feeling for him. He feels bad because she is hurt and assures her it wasn’t his intention. Clara admits Gisela was right, noting can happen between them. He is rich and she is poor but one day she will be important. Daniella sees a picture of Regina and David kissing and swears vengeance. Gaby wants to know if David can handle his relationship with Regina and her father. Regina meets with her father in Tabasco and updates him about the workers arrival. She takes advantage and asks him to tell her the truth about his relationship with Julia. Her happiness depends on it.
