After Gisela had shot Pablo in the head and he fell to hit his head on a stone. she turns to point the gun at Garabato. She threatens to kill him next as she can’t stand to see him revealing her secret to everyone. Garabato quickly runs for his life. He hid behind a tree after running for a while. He says to himself that Gisela is even mad and more wicked than what people even say about her. if she was able to shoot Pablo who she says she truly is in love with. then he Garabato is just a simple and easy person for her to kill in just a blink of the eyes beg. At that very moment, victoria has also gone home to bring a painting board for Pablo and her to start their lessons. she screams for him and Pablo fails to answer and after searching but to no avail. Gisela goes back to check on Pablo when she notices that Garabato is far gone. She begins to shed tears to plead with helpless Pablo not to die since she never meant dead for her actions. The court proceedings continue and the first witnesses indeed testifies in favor of Juan Gaza since she is been paid perfectly well by him. Lorenza stands up and walks straight to the front.
she says Pablo is the only man who can defend and witness for Esmeralda because he is indeed the father of those children. the judge shuts her up to sit if not he is going blame her for contempt and after will allow Juan Gaza to take the children home. The court gives the chance for Pablo to be called and ones again the call went through but there was not answered. The judge then ordered for the next witness and to their big surprise ones again. Mrs. Rita and Chacharas buys some clothes for Ines at the prison. she refuses to take them in a very arrogant way. she asks them to take them back because she prefers wearing the prison’s dress than any other. Whiles they continue to insist, the adopted Ines’ unborn child adopted parents arrive. Ines tells the story about the visit to her and it about they adopting her child after she delivers. the news brought grieve to Mrs. Rita.

Garabato reports to Mrs. Rita about the shoot Gisela has done which can end Pablo to die. he pleads with her to go heal him with her supernatural powers through herbs if not they will all end up in prison and so Mrs. Rita accepts it and go ahead with Garabato to take care of Pablo.
The court, considering all of the witness that goes in favor of Juan Gaza. Esmeralda with anyone to be her witness, the court rules in favor of Juan Gaza. they asks Esmeralda to bid her last goodbye to the kids and hand them over to the father (Jan Gaza). Esmeralda quickly run to the front and knelt before the judge. she pleads with him not take her children from her but all was useless. Esmeralda’s eyes were filled with sorrow and furiousness after her eyes caught up with Juan Gaza.
Esmeralda went home with her family and swears to them that, though the court has stated their ruling. she swears it will be over her dead body will she allow them to take the children from her. Juan Gaza after the court rules in his favor, he goes straight to his backbone or the woman who empowered him to do all those evil. that is Monica’s mother but she also mentioned to him that, though she has been the one doing all that but the main person and brain behind all this successful idea is Lorenza Martinez Negrete.
