Virginia Tells Esmeralda that, she is hoping that after all what her family is going through due to the awful mistake they committed, they will learn a sense of humility out of the situation. After fate has shown mercy on Agustín and made him stand up from his wheel chair due to the surprise and anger he had when Lorenza refuses let go off Silencioso’s jewelries, Mariano becomes so happy and says to his father that, it makes him so happy to see him walk again. Agustin answers him that, he will never bow his head down in front of his enemy. Mariano then stressed that, Silencioso also have every right to do what he did because whenever a plaintiff runs a risk of a preventive seizure it’s because he has every reason to believe that he will win the trial and though he knows that it is not right for him to say that but it was also ridiculous for his father to think that Silencioso will do anything different from the revenge he’s taking because he (Agustín) would also have done the same in Silencioso’s position.
After saying this both Lorenza and Agustín get angry with him for judging his father in that manner. Gisela visits Pablo in prison to inform him about the situation befalling his parents lately concerning Silencioso’s revenge on them. But Pablo tells her that, there is nothing he can do with the situation since he is not willing again to play with neither Esmeralda’s feeling nor his children as the problem between his parents and Silencioso are their own problem and not his. Gisela then tells Pablo that, there is no needs of coming to tell him the situation since everything seems that he has also turn his back on his parents.
Whiles they keep talking, Esmeralda arrives with Virginia at the cells to a pay visit to Carlos and Pablo. Virginia goes to see Carlos and Esmeralda also goes to see Pablo and she bombs into Gisela. She tries to be sarcastic towards Esmeralda but Pablo warns her not to try to hurt Esmeralda if not he has him to contend with. Damien discovers that Mariano’s has made a statement against Pablo which is going to make him rot in jail forever meanwhile Silencioso is doing everything possible to get him out of prison. Damien then asks Mariano if that is the fate he wishes for his brother and Mariano becomes very nervous. He ten tells Mariano that, he thank God that, Pablo is not depending on him alone as his lawyer but also him (Damien), if not he (Mariano) would burry Pablo but he (Damien) is not going to allow him (Mariano) do anything against Pablo.
A Rev. Father Rivas goes to pay visit to the prisoners and he sees Pablo and they become so much attach to each other. Father Rivas encouraged him to have hope because with God all things are possible on the side of Esmeralda and that of his family. He then tells Pablo that, he is going to support him by taking any message to anyone he wants to give a message since he (Pablo) can’t be doing that always as he is still in prison and Pablo thanked him a lot for his kindness.
