Forevermore Episode 2
Xander’s father scolds him for trying to throw Charlotte boyfriend on the balcony. Apparently he also comes from a very rich and prominent family in Philippines. He also doesn’t understand why Xander decided to that today in front of his grandmother. Betina joins them; he asks Xander when he will learn how to respect him and the family. Xander doesn’t seem to care about what he is saying. Mel interrupts them and informs them there is a meeting. Xande’s father leaves, Betino reproaches her son for not answering his father. His grandmother is become more and more distant with her because of him. Xander finally speaks; he tells her it wasn’t his intention to create any trouble. She agrees with him; that is what he always says. He didn’t intend to cause trouble; he didn’t intend to drop out of school. He didn’t intend to disobey her and his father. He didn’t intend to make her look like a bad mother in the eyes of his grandmother. Xander tells her he purposely did it and leaves the room. He goes on a mountain and cries. Agnes and her father return home and meet with the other villagers. They have all gathered because Mucoy has decided to seek for greener pastures. Agnes wonder if he can stands been away from his family. Chloe reminds Agnes her mother also left so he can also live without his family. Agnes doesn’t understand why some people leave their family for money. Her father tells her Mucoy will soon back after a year or two. Agnes asks him what if he also doesn’t come back.
She goes to her room and takes her mother’s picture out. Xander slept on the mountain till the following day, Meg calls finally wakes him up. She wonder where he is, he tells her he is a grown man now. She agrees and feels the more he is growing older the more he becomes stubborn. She tells him the family partnership with the Montecillo is in danger because of what he did. Xander isn’t going home anytime soon; Meg joins Soledad at her breakfast table. Soledad has no idea when she will be leaving because the Montecillo are not picking her call. She tells Alex, she doesn’t know how badly their partnership with them has been affected. But she is expecting the worse, Betina tries to change the subject and request to call Suzana for Alex. He doubts they will pick her call if they haven’t picked Soledad call. Soledad asks of Xander and wonder if he is home. They both remain quiet; she hopes Xander didn’t run away again. Soledad asks Betina and Meg to excuse them so she talks to Alex alone. Soledad tells him she has no idea how Betina was raised by her parent. She also doesn’t know how Betina was disciplined while growing up. She hopes he doesn’t her wrong and suggests he helps her discipline his son. Alex knows how to do, she feels he wouldn’t’ be the man he is now, if she didn’t discipline him well. Mucoy says goodbye to his family and the rest of the villagers.
An old man asks them not to be sad because anytime someone leave the village. Someone else shows up, speaking of someone else showing up. Xander walks and sees a restricted area; he put his bag down and approaches the sign board. He decides to paraglide in the restricted area. Agnes and her father drive while chatting. Xander loses control of the parachute and crushes into their truck full of strawberry. He destroys almost everything, Agnes and father tries to prevent him from walking around because he is stepping on the strawberry. He is covered with the parachute and falls, as soon as they open it he collapses. They rush him to the house and send for a doctor. They tell them he fell from the sky like superman. The old man decides to give him mouth and mouth when he opens his eyes. He yells and wonder where is, he doesn’t remember anything. Chloe takes advantages and tells him she is his girlfriend. [adinserter block=”10″] Xander tells them he doesn’t have amnesia, Agnes is glad he is ok and asks him to pay them. He destroyed their strawberry harvest; Xander tells her it wasn’t his fault. Agnes can’t blame the wind so he will have to pay for it. Xander tells her it is not his problem, they start arguing. Chloe volunteers to help him with the first aid. The doctor tells him he is fine and needs rest, Chloe is all over him. He lies about his surname, Agnes insists he pays and gives him an estimate of what he owes them. Xander tells her he has no money, they decide to take him home.
He lies again and tells him his parents are not around, they are in SBU. The old man can’t believe he came all the way from SBU to land here. Agnes father suggests he calls to inform his parents or friend. He checks and realized he has lost his phone, Agnes gives him her phone to text them. He tells her he can’t remember their number, they decide to search for his phone. Meg informs Benita her son is gone missing again. She called all his friends but no one seems to have any news from him. Benita asks her to try until she finds him, Alex tells them not to look for Xander. Benita tells him if Soledad find out they are not looking for him she will get mad. Alex asks her since when does Soledad scolds her; he is the one who takes the blames. He tells her they won’t look for Xander, they will wait until he comes back. The villagers return to the accident scenes, and searches for his phone on the floor. Xander sees his phone in the truck and hides it. He requests they go home because they won’t find his phone. They return home and try to make uses of the rotten strawberry. It was their last harvest and they won’t be able to pay back Guillleta. They tries to make excuses not to sell their personal stuff, Agnes father offer to sell his truck. Agnes search Xander, she still insists he pays, Agnes has an idea. She drags him to Drew to sell his clothes, watch and shoes.
The money isn’t enough so she wants to sell something else. During a conversation between Meg and Soledad we get to know Meg owe a lot to Soledad. Meg is grateful to her and has decided to work for Soledad until she dies. Soledad tells her she will soon retire and she has no idea who will replace Alex when he is promoted to her position. Meg suggests Xander, Betina is around and listen to them. Soledad tells Meg she doesn’t thinks Xander is the perfect candidate. She thinks Sebastian will do a great job; she always saw potential in him since he was a child. Meg reminds her that Basty he already dead, Soledad has to look for another person. Agnes has decided to sell Xander parachute. Xander wants to go home since she sold everything he had; she refuses to let him go. He will only be allowed to go home after he pays everything he owes them.
