Gael wonders why Mia can’t see and keep pretending she hasn’t noticed that Carlos is a bad person, Mia’s mother congratulates her for the show, she notices Mia sad’s mood and asks her about it, Mia tells her she spoke to Alexa, Carlos father ex-wife, she told her about her past with Carlos, her mother asks what does her past mean, but Mia tells her Alexa said her past meaning it has already happen, besides, she thinks Alexa is lying again, Carlos try to get up but Muloy stops him and asks him to rest, and tells him he is not the one supposed to take care of him, it is the person who loves him, Carlos asks him who else is left that loves him, Alexa laments to Abner that Mia is still with Carlos despite knowing his past, he thinks Mia loves Carlos so much that she can accept anything, she asks Abner to stop because he is not helping her and promises to bother Mia and Carlos until they break up, and all she needs is Gael, he reminds her that she already using him for the case, she tells him she will use him again and decides to go see him to let him that Carlos is monster, Muloy comes to Marilen shop with the intention of telling her the truth about Carlos but he meets teacher Yolly, and they start chatting, Carlos comes home and go straight to his bed to sleep, Mia joins him not long after, she enters and sees him sleeping, she decides to help him lie down properly but in the process he grabs her and kiss her, she reprimands him for missing her show because he was drunk, he asks her if he was supposed to be there, and asks her if she was happy because it wasn’t there, Alexa comes to the Nakpil family and asks to speak with Gael privately, Mia tells Carlos about the conversation she had with Alexa.
Carlos confirms what Alexa said to her and agree that he is a bad person, he tells her she has enough reason to leave him now, once alone with Gael, Alexa starts crying and tells him Carlos is a monster, Mia asks Carlos why he is mad at her, he tells her because she makes him feel like a bad person, he agrees that he had a history with Alexa but it is in the past, she asks him why he didn’t tell her about it then, he asks her if she is also telling him everything, she wants to know what he is talking about, but he tells her not to take him for a fool, she gets closer to him, caresses his face and asks him to trust her, she assures him she will never leave him, he wraps his hand around her neck and tells her he loves her, he won’t let anyone takes her away from him, and kiss her, but she stopped him when he tries to go far, and remind him they agreed to wait until the wedding, Carlos tells her they are getting married and she just told him she won’t leave him and kiss her again, she stops him again, he asks her [adinserter block=”10″]why she is resisting him, it is because she knows she will betray him, she tells him she won’t betray him but it doesn’t mean … he doesn’t allow her to finish her sentence, she begs him to wait, but Carlos starts kissing her again, and forces himself on her despite her plea to stop, without saying a word to him, she gets up and goes to the washroom, Alexa still on her mission to destroy Carlos, she tells Gael, Carlos is capable of hurting the people he loves just to get what he wants, that is why she feels sorry for Mia because sooner or later, he will hurt her, Gael tells her Mia believes Carlos loves her, Alexa tells him she knew Carlos before she married Lorenzo, so he loves Mia and value her life, he should save her from Carlos, Mia goes to the bathroom and cry, she comes out and informs Carlos she is going home, he decides to take her but she refuses, Carlos notices the blood stain on the bedsheet and hits his head, Alexa tells Gael she will help him save Mia, and hand over some documents to him.
Yolly asks Muloy about JR, she wants to know if he has a family now, he says no, and change the subject, Lorenzo and Raphael celebrate their victory, Lorenzo tells him after what happen Carlos will never look at Mia the same way, Raphael tells him Carlos really loves Mia, Lorenzo admit that it hurts him to see Carlos in pain but he had no choice, Carlos will eventually learn how to forget her just like he did with Marilen and Alexa, Mia wakes up, takes her ring from the table, looks at it for some time before wearing it, she later joins her Carlos and her father, he Carlos offers her a cup tea, she hesitates but takes it and thank him, Venus rushes in with some wedding items, but Mia quietly walks away, Ivanka also joins them and informs Mia today is her first fitting, Mia then informs Carlos Ivanka is designing her wedding gown, Carlos informs her he is leaving, he tries to kiss her but she avoids him, he kisses her forehead, and without saying a word he leaves, Ivanka follows him but pretends she is going to make a call, as soon as they get out, he grabs her hand, she asks him to relax because Mia already know how she wants her gown, but Carlos tells her it is not about the wedding, Mia doesn’t know anything about how he made her suffer in the past, and he prefers to keep it this way.
