As soon as Gael leaves the restaurant, two gun men approach him and ask him to follow them quietly, just at that moment Mia also comes out of the restaurant to witness his kidnap, she tries to intervene but her guards prevent her, Carlos calls the kidnapers and asks them to scare him, Gael is blindfolded, Mia tries to explain to Carlos what happen to Gael but Carlos doesn’t let her, the kidnappers takes Gael to house and warn him to stay away from Mia if not something bad will happen to his family, Gael father notices the car and comes out, but before it reaches there they had already left, Gael is sure they were sent by Carlos, Carlos once again assures Mia he has nothing to do with what happen to Gael, he then updates her on the wedding preparation, he tells her he wants the whole Philippine to know they are getting married, and informs her she is already his, Gael narrates what happen to his parent, Nanay tries to calm Manuel down, but he refuses to listen and thinks Carlos should be punish, he gets mad at her for defending Carlos and reminds her they have threatens the whole family today, she was in danger the last time, Carlos promise to make sure Gael never get closer to Mia again, Gael calls Eva to inform her about the latest development but doesn’t get her and leave a message, Mia is tempted to call Gael.
Carlos asks his friend how he can get rid of Gael, Muloy asks him if he also want him to kill him just like his competitors, Carlos reminds him that if he wanted Gael dead, I would have left him in the ICU, he only want him away from Mia, Muloy tells him it won’t change his relationship with Gael, because they are brothers, Manuel calls Carlos to asks to meet him, Nanay suggests to Gael to follow Manuel, he sees them and run away, Nanay tells Gael Manuel is going to meet Carlos, Eva finally come to Gael house but she did not meet him, Gael asks Nanay to go home, he will go after Manuel, Eva and Tres join them, Gael asks them to go home and tells Eva to call the police if possible, he will follow his dad, Mia receives a phone call from Carlos, he tells her he has an important business to attend to and suggests they meet tomorrow at the photo shoot, Muloy wants to know what Carlos will tell Manuel, he said nothing that it is better this way, Manuel arrives at the meeting point, Nanay asks Tres to get a glass of water for Eva, she takes advantage of his absent and decide to also go to the meeting, Eva tries to stop her but she doesn’t succeed, Manuel challenges Carlos, he tells him it is good that Carlos is man enough to face him, Carlos tells him he is not afraid of him, he doesn’t turn his back on people, and tells Manuel he has finally learn how to face people, he asks Manuel not to interfere because it is between him and Gael, Manuel tells Gael fight is also his fight because they are family, he knows that he abducted Gael.
Carlos tells him he should have thought him well, Manuel asks him if this is how he was also raised by his father, his word hurt Carlos, Carlos remembers his childhood, and warns him not to involve him father in this, at least his father didn’t raised a woman-stealer like him, Gael hears the noise and joins them only to see his dad on the floor, he gets angry and punch Carlos in the face, but Muloy is there to prevent a fight, and asks Gael to take his father home, Nanay and Eva also join them and asks them to stop, Nanay decides to apologize to Carlos but Gael asks her not to, and reminds her they didn’t do anything wrong to him, Manuel agrees with Gael and thinks the Antonio’s are the root of all the bad things happening to them, Carlos says if they believe he is the problem then yes, he is, Gael asks him if he expect them to be happy because he is playing the victim, that he has no conscience, Carlos tells him he had no idea what he went through, therefore have no right to judge him, Nanay calls him “Carlos my son”, Manuel reaction “what”, follow by “son” from Gael, both looking confuse at this point, Nanay asks Carlos to stop it, she is asking for forgiveness for the trouble they caused here, Gael remind her she doesn’t have to apologize, Nanay tells Carlos she knows he is not a bad person, she can feel in her heart that he still has some goodness inside him, and asks him to forgive her family for whatever they did to him, and goes on her knee.
