Mia only smile after the news, he asks her not worry about the process, he has already spoken to Audrey and she has agree to take care of that, Carlos introduces her body guard to her, Eva informs Gael that they are no more taken his license away, during the investigation they realizes it was engineer Sandejas who had a kickback from Fuente De Amor, Mia tells Carlos she doesn’t need any, but he tries to convince her it is for own safety, he thinks Alexa might be planning something, Mia tells him Alexa assures him will never hurt her, she has always been good to her but he thinks she is only trying to get her trust, so she can destroy her later, and begs her to accept, Gael went to thank Chairman for getting his license back, chairman informs him it was thanks to Alexa, Eva informs Alexa that Gael still doesn’t want her help, he thinks they can find another source of information for his case, Gael later joins them at the table, and informs Eva there is no need to find another person to help them, he accepts Alexa’s help, Yolly informs Marilen that to her husband is celebrating his birthday so she want to order a tarpaulin for it, and asks her for a discount, Mulloy informs Carlos he saw his mother and she looks fine, and advises him to tell them the truth so he stop worry too much, Muloy then sees Yolly and Marilen coming out of the shop, and informs him, Carlos is surprised to hear that his mother and former teacher know each other, Alexa is glad that Gael has finally decided to work with her to bring the Antoni’s down, she tells him Lorenzo is as wicked as Carlos, and promise him they will ruin them but Gael informs him he is not interested in ruining them, she tries to convince him but he tells her it is not important to him, and informs her that is how the Antonio’s are, they play dirty, he wants justice, that is all, he wants them to admit all the bad things they did to them, he doesn’t want them to bother them again, that is all he want, Carlos instructs Robert to guard Mia very well, he should make sure no one get closer to her especially Gael, he then asks Mia to wait for him, Lorenzo tells two guys to bury someone so his past can be erased, Carlos joins Muloy at the shop.
Muloy advises him to go talk to his mother and tells her the truth, but he refuses, he doesn’t want to return to the family who abandon him, Muloy says his mother never abandon him, and remind him she wasn’t around when his brother sold him, Carlos agrees but asks him where was she when he was being beaten up, his dad and Gael never looked for him, he is dead to them, the most important things now is his future with Mia, his past doesn’t matter. Carlos get mad at his dad for revoking Gael’s license, his dad tells him they had evidence that Gael wasn’t involved, Carlos insists they talk to the chairman again but his dad tells him they can’t afford to be in the light again, secondly Luna can’t easily overturn his decision, he asks his son not to worry, he doubt people will employ Gael again, knowing there were some allegation of corruption against him, but for Carlos as long as Gael has his license, he will interfere in his relationship with Mia, he doesn’t want any more problem especially now that they are getting married, Eva tells Gael she doesn’t trust Alexa but since they need her because she will provide them with all the evidence to win his case, so she will try to like her and moreover she doesn’t want to be bitter like him, Gael didn’t seem to like her last sentence, she notices and hopes he is not mad at her again, seriously this girl eat too much, Mia meets with one of her customer at a restaurant because she wants Mia to meet a new designer, she is working with, Mia excuses herself to use the bathroom, the guard tries to follow her but she refuses, as soon as Mia leave, Eva shows up to look for her phone, Mia gets to the bathroom and sees the phone, Gael also shows up at the restaurant, Eva meets Mia in the bathroom, Gael sees Mia’s customer and approaches her, Eva joins him, later Mia also come out and sees Gael, without saying a word she walks passed him, Gael tries to talk to her but she begs him not to, Lorenzo doesn’t understand why Carlos is getting married so soon, when few days ago, they were on a break, he assures his dad that Gael is out of Mia’s life, she made her own choice, his dad reminds him that as long as Mia is around Gael will always be between them, and advises him to stay away from the Nakpil, Carlos can’t believe this, how can his dad tells him this after what he also went through with Alexa, exactly Carlos, daddy asks his son to see where his stupidity with Alexa took him, well Carlos reminds him he also respected his decision not to press any charges against her, so why is his dad questioning his decision to marry Mia, wait a minute! Dad what where you saying about the Nakpil’s earlier? Erm erm nothing, I just don’t want you to have any more problem with Gael Nakpil that is all, Carlos assures his dad he can handle Gael but daddy disagree, tells him Mia is slowly pulling Gael back into their relationship, he thinks if Mia didn’t encourage Gael in the first place, all this won’t happen.
Carlos thinks his dad wants him to be alone because Alexa left him, seriously Carlos? Well his father doesn’t want him to be fooled, Mia doesn’t love him, you are wrong daddy, Mia loves me, and we are getting married, there is nothing you can about it, Gael I feel your pain, he asks Eva to give him few minutes and he quickly walks outside, Carlos gets back and finds out that Mia is out for a business meeting, Gael follows Mia, she once again begs him to stay away from her, Gael promises not to cause any trouble, he heard she is getting married, he respects her decision, but does she really need a bodyguard? Well that is what it is, and are you not going to say or do anything about it? Mia informs him she doesn’t see anything wrong with having bodyguard, and once again begs him to stay away, he informs her about his license, a guy at Mia’s office explain the origin of the bone to Carlos, it is a “GaelMia” affair, Carlos is surely not happy about what he heard, to make matters worse, one of the guards calls to inform him that Gael is also at the restaurant, Carlos asks him to listen carefully, Mr. Ramon notices Carlos bad and anxious mood and decides to find out what the problem is but Carlos gives him a straight face answer, Mia is glad for Gael at least he can now pursue his dream, Carlos calls Mia to inform her he knows Gael is around, she assures him she has nothing to do with, it is just a coincidence, someone hands over a file to Alexa, it contains the Antonio’s dirty deals, she thinks it will be perfect for Gael.
