Abigail wants Amanda to tell her more about her father. She wants to know when and where he met her mother. Macaria told her he died because of a woman she wants to know about the woman. Amanda turns her down; there is nothing more she can say about Pablo. Abigail asks if she is also going to keep secret from her like anyone else. Constanaza joins her daughter downstairs and tells her Pablo is coming soon to steal away. She gets pissed off when Renata asks her to stop, just at that moment Mateo and Abi walk in. Constanza tells Mateo Pablo Ramos is coming. Abi grabs her and demands to know if her father is around. Constanza is delusional; she thinks the fire incident and Pablo confrontation happen last night. Commander joins them, Abi sobs when she hears Pablo has been murdered. Constanza begs the commander not to arrest her husband for the crime. She assures Bruno already feels sorry for what he did. Dr. Patricio and the other men take her to her room. Abigail refused to listen to Renata and runs away. Mateo goes running after, she gets on her horse and speed off. Macaria pretends to console Renata, Commander wants to know if Constanza confession was true. He wants to know if Bruno murdered Pablo, Fasuto tells him yes he did. Renata admits her father threatens Pablo, but he didn’t kill him. Fausto disagrees; Macaria is around but decides to protect Fausto. Fausto tells them his side of the story. Renata hates and blames him all this years for the death of Pablo. Renata finally confesses he raped her; Fausto did her to teach her how to behave. He tells her if she thinks he is violent man she is mistaken. The night Bruno came to beg him to marry her. Bruno confess he shot Pablo in the head. Renata calls him a liar and leaves. Constanza cries to Dr. Patricio and assures him Bruno is not a murderer.
Macaria and Fausto killed Pablo and they are to blame for what happen to her family. She tells Patricio Macaria and Fausto are lovers, and cries. Patricio tells her Bruno is already dead. The chase continues, Abigail notices Mateo behind her and speeds off. Fausto plays the victim and blames Pablo for depriving him of Renata’s love. He uses it as the perfect excuse to defend his affair with Dianna. He can’t divorce Renata because she can’t take care of the ranch. He hopes the commander can now confirmed that Bruno killed Pablo. Efrain didn’t confirm anything, he still wants to investigate. Fausto tells him Bruno is already paying upstairs and begs him not to investigate. Abi rides to the river side and cries. Mateo finally catches up with her. She cries and tells him Bruno killed her father. Mateo tells her it has not been confirmed. Abi feels Renata is only covering up. Renata loves and takes good care of her out of guilt. Renata asks Macaria to let Commander sees her when he is done with Fausto. Renata swears to the commander that Fausto is the one lying. He is the one who killed Pablo. Efrain requests for evidence, but she has nothing. He feels everything point to her father, he bought Fausto lies. Mateo consoles Abi, she cries and tells him she is sad. They killed her father, they took him away from her, and she won’t be able to hug him again. Mateo can relate to her, he also lost his father. she tells him Diego also lost his father and mother. Mateo becomes jealous and asks if she prefers Diego Company. He wants Abi to confess to him she is in love with Diego. He tells her Diego will be a good match for her. Abi tells him she understands nothing and leaves. Macaria goes into Constanza and asks her if she needs anything. Constanza tells her she only needs her to get out of her house.

Renata recalls when Macaria told her Fausto killed Pablo. Macaria joins her in the garden, Renata tells her she doubt her father killed Pablo. Macaria tells her everything point to Bruno, Renata needs one evidence. She wants to know what made Macario says Fausto Killed Pablo. Macaria tells her she can’t send the only man she has ever loved in jail. Renata reminds her Fausto doesn’t love her. Renata begs her to hand over any evidence she has on Fausto. Macaria refuses and leaves. Constanza tells Amanda she is all alone now and begs her not to leave her alone again. Abigail returns to the ranch, she stands and watches Renata then leaves. She goes straight to Constanza and begs her to open the door. Renata joins her and wonders why she didn’t greet her. Abi has nothing to tell her and Macaria. Renata asks her to come with her to her room to talk. Renata informs Abi the police recovered Pablo body during her party. Renata can’t tell it was her father but the person who killed him buried him. Abi tells her Bruno did, Renata knows her father made so many mistakes but he is not a murderer. Abi wants to know if Bruno did set Pablo’s house on fire. Renata recalls that night, and tells her yes he did. Abigail wants to know why Bruno killed Pablo, Renata doesn’t k now. Macaria goes to Fausto’s office to mock him. He asks her to get lost; she reminds him she already warns him. She tells Fausto she can destroy him. She can provide Renata the evidence she needs. Fausto laughs and assures her no one will believe her.
She tells him she also has her version of the story in which Fausto killed Pablo. Abigail tries to inform Renata about Macaria and Fausto relationship. Renata tells her she already knows. She is aware Macaria loves her husband. Abigail tells her Fausto humiliates her mother. he treats her bad just like anyone in the ranch. Renata asks her not to worry. Fausto will soon get what he deserves. Abigail confirms that Macaria showed her a picture of Pablo. She cries and tells Renata he was very handsome. Renata tells her he is also a great man. Abi wonder what will happen to his remains. Renata assures her to give him a benefit burial after they claim his body. Fausto walks closer to Macaria. she throws herself at him and tires to kiss him. He holds her and pushes her away and asks her to leave. She tells him she can’t rid of her. He passes the knife through her blouse and kisses her. he tells her she make him sick. She is only good for employees and drunkard but she will have a man like him. He put his hat on and walks away, Macaria cries. Abigail informs Renata and Mateo that Diego and Benito will help her manage the hacienda. Fausto enters and asks her who authorize it. Abi tells him Diego and Benito are not slave and belongs to no one. Fausto blames Renata for Abi rebellious attitude. Fausto asks Abigail to leave the ranch with her mother. Abi wants to know if he is mad because he couldn’t buy the hacienda back. He bangs the table and tells them the hacienda belongs to his family. It is his right to try to get it back. Renata asks him to accept that he lost it. He admits because she and Mateo stab him in the back. Mateo tries to intervene but he tells he has nothing to say to him. Lucia enters Helena’s house and informs her Fausto is taken over the house. She tries to calls her son but he disconnects the line.
He orders they guy to empty the house. She tries to convince him but he is not moved, he is only following instruction. Fausto wonders why Abi doesn’t stay in the hacienda if it now belongs to her. Abi get angry and leave the table, Mateo geos running after her. Renata asks Patricio to give them some privacy. She threatens to follow Abigail to the hacienda if she relocates there. Fausto won’t let it happen; she is wife, yes but not his slave. He bangs the table again and asks her to keep quiet. He tells her he owes everything and she will do what he says. Renata reminds him he is the overseer of her father’s fortune. He knows very well what will happen to him when they get divorce. He will lose everything. Renata tells him her father made sure she is protected from someone like him. If not she will have been dead by now, He can get rid of her because he will lose everything. She makes it clear to him that Abigail will only leave the ranch to form her own family.
